Kick off the 10th Annual Lehigh Valley Food & Wine Festival by attending a culinary demonstration with the pioneer of celebrity chefs, Chef Emeril Lagasse!

See Chef Emeril in action as he shares spirited stories, expert cooking techniques and tricks of the trade.  Chef Emeril will also recognize the Northampton Community College students who have won highly-competitive externships to work in his New Orleans restaurants.
