The Eastern PA Chapter of AFP is pleased to host the AFP CFRE Review Course. The AFP CFRE Review Course offers development professionals an opportunity to review the main components of a complete fundraising program. It is a two-day, intensive program that focuses on the terminology, organization, and structure of a development program. Recommended for professionals with five or more years of fundraising experience who are interested in pursuing their CFRE certification.

• Current & Prospective Donor Research
• Marketing & Communications for Fundraising & Development
• Developing a Comprehensive Solicitation Program
• Building & Sustaining Relationships
• Securing the Gift
• Volunteer Involvement
• Management ·
• Accountability

Participants receive:
• Participant manual
• Approximately 14 hours of instruction
• A certificate of completion at the end of the course

$390.00 for AFP members; $490.00 for Non-members

Participation in the AFP CFRE Review Course may assist you in learning or reviewing concepts covered on the Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) examination as detailed on the Test Content Outline provided by CFRE International. However, the AFP CFRE Review Course is not designed specifically as a prep course for the exam. It is designed to provide a review of concepts one should know at the five-year experience level.

AFP highly recommends that the review course be just one of the resources you use in preparing to take the CFRE exam. Your study should also include reading books that appear on the CFRE Resource Reading List.

Full participation in the AFP CFRE Review Course is applicable for 13.75 points of CFRE Credit in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
