Lisa will provide a short introduction to meditation that covers the various types and discuss its benefits and history. Learn how to easily quiet your mind and body, as well as how various forms of meditation can help heal illnesses, create more joy, love and abundance in your life, increase your natural intuitive abilities and connect to higher realms of consciousness. She will follow this introduction with a journey into the deep relaxation of sound therapy using singing bowls, chimes, gongs, vibrational drums and tuning forks.
