This lecture and workshop is an interactive presentation that is an introduction to the many forms of Vibrational Sound Therapy. Attendees will learn about the physiological benefits of sound therapy in stress management and topics covered will bridge ancient healing practices with modern science. Examples of how practitioners can include and integrate vibrational sound therapy into any health practice will be discussed. Case studies will be presented and client outcomes reviewed. Opportunities to pursue further learning in sound therapies will also be discussed.
