Interested in learning more about emotional intelligence and you? We are offering a virtual workshop for our Emerging Student Leaders session. Students will have the chance to participate in an emotional intelligence workshop, with Blue EQ. Blue EQ is the next level of leadership evolution, where emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and AI converge to drive data-backed leadership and culture transformations. 

Students who sign up will take the Blue EQ Self-Assessment prior to the workshop. This assessment is recognized globally as the foremost emotional intelligence assessment and is used by leaders across more than 125 countries. Students who take the assessment will get a personal profile revealing strengths, areas of grown, and personalized development strategies. 

The workshop will take place via Zoom on October 16 at 6PM. You must register in advance to receive the Blue EQ assessment and the Zoom link to the workshop.

About the Emerging Student Leaders Institute
The Office of Student Life & Leadership Development will be hosting Emerging Student Leaders Institute throughout the month of March. Emerging Student Leaders will feature several workshops throughout the month focused on a variety of leadership skills and topics. Students who attend at a certain number of programs through the Institute will earn the Emerging Leadership Certificate Level I at the end of the program.
