• Please, indicate if you are staying overnight/s at St. Francis Retreat house, or if you staying elsewhere and commuting to event by day.
• Indicate if you are attending from THURSDAY to Sunday, or if you are attending from FRIDAY to Sunday.
• Indicate if you are arriving in time for 6pm supper on start day.
• Indicate if you are registering other people as well of yourself.
