Kick off the 8th Annual Lehigh Valley Food & Wine Festival by attending a culinary demonstration by Chef Emeril Lagasse at 2:00 p.m. in the Foundry Room of the Sands Hotel.
Chef Emeril will present a cooking demonstration showcasing his passion for cuisine with a "New Orleans" twist. Emeril will "kick it up a notch" when he announces the Northampton Community College students who competed for externship opportunities in his New Orleans restaurants.
