Description
Our world is constantly changing, but the pace of change has increased exponentially. It took the airlines 68 years to reach 50 million customers, and recent statistics reveal it took the Internet 7 years to reach the same 50 million customers. Today's pace of change can create unsettling feelings inside of us. The pace of change impacts our church, too. The Good News of our Lord is a solid anchor that we can cling to, but how can we adjust and adapt to the pace of change in our exterior world? This discussion will help us learn and practice resilience skills utilizing aspects of the HeartMath Resilience Advantage Program: examining the science behind emotional health, its impact on our human performance and well-being.
Presented by Gena Tallarico, RN, MA
