PASSION ACCORDING TO MARK

March 24 is Palm/Passion Sunday. This year, after hearing the story

of Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem, we will listen to Mark’s account

of Jesus passion and death. In preparation for our observance of Passion Sunday, Brother Loren will lead a two-part reflection on Christ’s passion

as found in the Gospel according to Mark, concluding with a Way of the Cross

based on that gospel.

Cost is $15.00 per person, payable on line or at the door. $15 pays for both days.

Loren Connell, OFM, is a Franciscan friar and Catholic priest

ministering in retirement

at St Francis Retreat House, Easton, Pennsylvania.

He has served in schools, health care facilities, and parishes

in Ohio, Indiana, Louisiana, and Michigan

and has assisted Secular Franciscan Fraternities

at the local, regional, and national levels.
